We NEVER charge restocking fees. Ordered the wrong parts? Sold the bike before you got the part installed? Wrong size, wrong color - no problem! We accept returns on unused and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt (EXCLUDING ELECTRICAL PARTS) with a friendly 'the customer is always right' attitude - when you are reasonable, so are we.
Once we receive and inspect your item a full refund of the purchase price will issued. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned parts less any original and/or return shipping fees. Refunds will be issues to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
To exchange an item, simply follow the steps for a return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Then place a new order for the new item(s).
All returns must include original packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box.
RETURN SHIPMENTS WHICH DO NOT MEET ALL ABOVE CRITERIA WILL REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER
- Step 1: Click login to your access your account.
- Step 2: Enter your e-mail address and order number or login to your account and select the appropriate order. Proceed to Return Process.
- Step 3: Follow the step-by-step process to select the item for return, receive a return authorization number via email and print your USPS shipment label.
- Step 4: Drop off your package at your local Post Office.
