Spark Plug Hole Gasket This sealing component helps prevent leaks and supports dependable engine operation. It seals the head cover at the spark plug holes, keeping engine oil out of the plug wells. A hardened or failed gasket lets oil seep into the wells or onto the head. A fresh gasket restores a clean seal, and it is inexpensive to renew whenever the head cover is off.

Suzuki lists 11178-27A02 as GASKET,HEAD COVER, the head cover gasket No.2. It supersedes 11178-27A01, which the fiches show two per bike on the CYLINDER HEAD COVER page. Suzuki's parts catalogue and fiches list it for the 1988-1992 GSXR750, 1989-1996, 1998-1999 GSX750F, 1995-1998 GSF600 and 1998-1999 GSX750.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 USD to the United States and over $50 CAD to Canada.
Estimated standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to the USA and 2–6 business days within Canada. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have standard shipping charges applied.
Qualifying orders may be combined into a single shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and some Canadian destinations may be subject to standard shipping rates.
Returns
We never charge restocking fees.
Ordered the wrong parts? Sold the bike before you had a chance to install them? Wrong size or wrong color? No problem. We accept returns on unused and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt, excluding electrical parts.
We believe in treating customers fairly and handling returns with a friendly, common-sense approach. When you are reasonable, so are we.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, less any original and/or return shipping charges.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any fees paid for international duties, taxes, and/or brokerage charges are non-refundable.
To exchange an item, simply follow the return steps below. Once your refund has been processed, place a new order for the replacement item or items you need.
All returns must include the original packaging and must be shipped in a proper shipping box.
Return shipments that do not meet all of the above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
