We ship orders daily from our warehouse, and most orders leave either the same day or the next business day after they are placed.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your Account page at any time to track packages, review past orders, print invoices, and more.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $30 USD to the United States and over $30 CAD to Canada.

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Orders below the free shipping threshold will have standard shipping charges applied.

Qualifying orders may be combined into a single shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and some Canadian destinations may be subject to standard shipping rates.

Returns

No returns after 60 days. No returns on Electrical parts. Chose these items carefully & be sure you know what Model/Year bike you are ordering parts for. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Each case will be handled individually but normally goods may be returned with a 15% restocking charge if within 30 days of order and as long as they are new, in original packaging as received and the package is clean and unmarked. Authorization to return must be received from our returns center. Do Not order parts for makes/models not listed in the item description. Please email helpdesk@oldbikebarn.com to setup a return.
