This gasket seals the header to the exhaust port. When it fails you will usually hear a tick on cold start and feel a flat spot low in the rev range as the joint leaks. Installing a fresh gasket seals the joint and quiets the engine, and it is inexpensive insurance any time the exhaust comes off.
Replaces OEM #14181-45C00
Suzuki lists 14181-45C00, superseded by 14181-45C01, as GASKET,EXHAUST PIPE, the exhaust port gasket. Suzuki parts fiches show two per bike on the 1990-1993 VX800, the 1992-2000 VS800GL Intruder and the 1997-2000 VZ800 Marauder.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 USD to the United States and over $50 CAD to Canada.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have standard shipping charges applied.
Qualifying orders may be combined into a single shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and some Canadian destinations may be subject to standard shipping rates.
Returns
We never charge restocking fees.
Ordered the wrong parts? Sold the bike before you had a chance to install them? Wrong size or wrong color? No problem. We accept returns on unused and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt, excluding electrical parts.
We believe in treating customers fairly and handling returns with a friendly, common-sense approach. When you are reasonable, so are we.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, less any original and/or return shipping charges.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any fees paid for international duties, taxes, and/or brokerage charges are non-refundable.
To exchange an item, simply follow the return steps below. Once your refund has been processed, place a new order for the replacement item or items you need.
All returns must include the original packaging and must be shipped in a proper shipping box.
Return shipments that do not meet all of the above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
