The ignition switch is the key switch that powers up the bike. Worn internal contacts cause intermittent power, a bike that cuts out over bumps, or a no-start. A fresh switch restores a solid, reliable connection. Confirm the connector and key type against your original, and check whether a key is included.

Suzuki lists the ignition switch for these models as LOCK ASSEMBLY,STEERING (37100 series), and the number varies by model. Suzuki parts fiches list 37100-17C00 on the 1989-1990 GSXR1100, 37100-17C02 on the 1991-1992 GSXR1100, 37100-26D01 on the 1991-1993 GSX1100G and 37100-33E01 on the 1997-2000 GSF1200S. CMSNL shows 37100-17C00, 17C02, 33D00, 01D02 and 26D01 superseding through to 37100-26D02 and then 37100-26D03.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50 USD to the United States and over $50 CAD to Canada.
Estimated standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to the USA and 2–6 business days within Canada. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have standard shipping charges applied.
Qualifying orders may be combined into a single shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and some Canadian destinations may be subject to standard shipping rates.
Returns
We never charge restocking fees.
Ordered the wrong parts? Sold the bike before you had a chance to install them? Wrong size or wrong color? No problem. We accept returns on unused and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt, excluding electrical parts.
We believe in treating customers fairly and handling returns with a friendly, common-sense approach. When you are reasonable, so are we.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, less any original and/or return shipping charges.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any fees paid for international duties, taxes, and/or brokerage charges are non-refundable.
To exchange an item, simply follow the return steps below. Once your refund has been processed, place a new order for the replacement item or items you need.
All returns must include the original packaging and must be shipped in a proper shipping box.
Return shipments that do not meet all of the above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
