Shipping Information

We ship orders out every business day 

We do our best to insure the earliest possible ship time on all orders, Orders are typically shipped on the business day the order is placed or the business day after. All parts in stock on our website are on hand ready to ship today!

USA Orders shipping with Ground Shipping will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days after shipping. Canadian orders shipping with Ground will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days. Economy letter mail orders do not include tracking or insurance and will arrive in approximately 1-3 weeks. You will be emailed tracking information after the order has been shipped. All packages are shipped without signature confirmation, so any packages that arrive while no one is home will be left at the door.

Next Day Shipping Notice

Next day shipping orders are sent out the same day if the order is submitted by 1:00 PM Eastern Time. If the order is submitted after 1:00 PM Eastern Time it will be shipped the following day. For next day shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Please Note: Our shipping cost is $20.00+ USD$ per package. The more you order the larger shipping discount we can give!

We also offer a $9.95 USD$ Fedex Small Package Ground (3-7 Business Day) shipping option for small (7x7x5) packages. This option will show up at checkout if your order is eligible for this service.

Express Shipping 

We offer Express Shipping for an extra cost at checkout. This is called Fedex International Economy Shipping and is 2-3 Business Day Delivery.

Shipping to Canada

Ground Shipping

We ship packages to Canada daily using several different couriers. We do this because the price to ship from province to province varies greatly by courier. We will select one of UPS/Purolator/Canpar/Canada Post ground services to ship each order. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as the order is picked up. Please use this tracking number to determine when your package will arrive, and make appropriate arrangements. Our shipping couriers as well as our company cannot be held responsible for stolen packages

Economy Shipping

We offer Economy Canada Post shipping at checkout for select small items that will fit in a small bubble mailer. If your order applies for Post Economy shipping it will show up at checkout as an option. Canada Post Economy shipping does not include tracking or insurance. It typically takes 1-3 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping Information

International orders can be placed directly through our website and are shipped by Canada Post.

Note:

International buyers please be aware of the relevant taxation implications for your respective Countries. We will not be responsible for any extra charges for duties, or taxes once your order arrives. Sorry, we cannot ship orders as “a gift”.

Returns

No returns after 60 days. No returns on Electrical parts. Chose these items carefully & be sure you know what Model/Year bike you are ordering parts for. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Each case will be handled individually but normally goods may be returned with a 15% restocking charge if within 30 days of order and as long as they are new, in original packaging as received and the package is clean and unmarked. Authorization to return must be received from our returns center. Do Not order parts for makes/models not listed in the item description. Please email helpdesk@oldbikebarn.com to setup a return.
